  • For other orders, shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID / tracking link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (if available), so you can track your order status.

5. Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct while placing the order.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer unavailable at delivery location
  • Refusal to accept the order

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

If your store offers Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • COD is available on selected pin codes only.
  • Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
  • Repeated fake or refused COD orders may lead to restriction of COD service for future orders.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or if any item is missing:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share your order number and clear photos/videos of the package and product

This helps us investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact our support team. We will coordinate with the courier partner and assist you with the next steps.
